聚酰亚胺薄膜具有优良的综合性能，在航空航天工业、电气电子工业和信息产业等领域具有许多用途。本文简要介绍了近年来国外开发的新的功能性聚酰亚胺薄膜产品以及在应用技术方面的新进展。
Polyimide films are the best heat-resistance organic films. It can be used above 300℃ for long time.With the good comprehensive properties,polyimide films have been developed a lot of new applications to aerospace、electricity and communication and so on.In this paper,the production and application of polyimide films abroad are briefly introduced.
