针对双室真空气冷油淬炉,存在气冷流场分布不均匀现象,采用三维CFD(计算流体动力学)数学模型对炉内流场进行了模拟.在模拟的基础上对实际真空炉的均流结构进行了优化,并对实际流场进行了测量.模拟结果表明,原有结构的设计存在不足,在工件冷却区内流速波动很大,而且存在反向气流.流场测量结果证明,经过模拟优化后的均流结构是合理的,它使流场的均匀性得到明显改善.
