研究BT14合金经固溶淬火时效后的显微组织与力学性能.试验结果表明,在450℃~550℃区间短时间时效,可得到良好的强化效果.随时效时间的延长,材料的硬度和强度升高,达到峰值后转而下降.时效温度越高,时间越长,塑性下降的幅度越大.本试验获得的最佳热处理工艺为:900℃/0.5h,水淬+450℃/4h,空冷.经该工艺处理的试样综合力学性能较好,抗拉强度为1223MPa,伸长率为6.5%.淬火形成的马氏体及亚稳β相在时效过程中分解为细小、弥散的α相和β相,时效期间在初生α相内析出Ti3Al相,对合金起到了强化作用.
