研究了Ni含量(1.5wt%-7.0wt%)与预应变量对Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni合金的影响.对不同Ni含量下合金的力学性能、形状记忆恢复率与不同预应变量下合金的形状记忆恢复率进行了分析,并通过TEM观察其中两种合金的显微结构.结果表明,Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni合金中,△σ(即σb-σ0.2)越大,合金的最大形状记忆恢复率就越大;含Ni量为3.15wt%的合金在预应力作用下,易形成高密度且具有层错亚结构、位向单一的ε马氏体,从而具有最好的形状记忆效应.
