采用二次阳极氧化的方法制备出孔径均匀的氧化铝模板,用XRD分析了阳极氧化铝模板在高温下的相转变,结果表明,在800℃温度段非晶态阳极氧化铝模板完全转化纯的γ-Al2O3,在继续升温中发生了δ-AlO3和θ-Al2O3的一系列转变,最终转变为α-Al2O3.对不同热处理温度下模的板光致发光研究表明,热处理后光致发光强度发生不同变化,当热处理温度<500℃时随热处理温度的升高光致发光强度增强,当>500℃则随之减弱.
