在不同摩擦试验条件下,准晶材料Al59Cu25.5Fe12.5B3与类金刚石(DLC)涂层在自制的摩擦仪进行了干摩擦试验.研究了温度、摩擦速度、载荷和气氛四种参数对准晶材料摩擦特性的影响;采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)及表面分析仪等对准晶材料的晶体结构、表面形貌和磨屑进行了观察与分析.结果表明:所有参数均对摩擦系数、表面形貌和表面粗糙度有影响,温度的影响尤为显著.随着载荷和摩擦速度的增加,摩擦系数减小.准晶材料350℃时的磨损机制主要为剥落磨损,表面形成了裂纹.此外在350℃时摩擦条件下,在准晶材料表面未发现组织结构的转变.
