研究了超短脉冲电流处理对快凝Al92.3Fe430.7Si1.7Nd1.0纳米晶合金薄带相稳定性的影响,并与等温时效处理结果进行了比较,基体Al晶粒尺寸和析出相颗粒尺寸减小,亚稳相向稳定相转变速度加快,相转变温度降低约100℃;理论分析表明:外场使相转变激活能、临界核心半径和形核功下降,从而提高形核率,并对新相长大有促进作用.
