采用俄歇剥层分析测定了经1160℃淬火和400~650℃回火的 Fe-4Mo-0.1P-C钢中磷、钼和碳的晶界偏聚.研究了碳含量对含钼钢中磷、钼和碳晶界偏聚的影响,以及碳和磷、碳和钼、磷和钼的交互作用.研究结果表明,在含钼钢中提高碳含量可降低在回火脆温度范围内磷的晶界偏聚,增加钼的晶界偏聚.碳的晶界偏聚随钢中碳含量的增加而增加.钼和碳、钼和磷具有晶界共偏聚行为,而碳和磷却产生相互排斥和/或占位竞争作用.
