将陶瓷超滤膜、纳滤和反渗透膜法相结合对焦化脱硫废液进行资源化回收利用.研究结果表明:陶瓷膜对脱硫废液中硫磺可100%的截留,渗透液澄清透明;纳滤膜可有效分离硫代硫酸铵和硫氰酸铵,对硫代硫酸铵的截留率为95%,硫氰酸铵的透过率大于100%;采用反渗透膜对硫氰酸铵溶液进行脱水浓缩,4级反渗透对硫氰酸铵的总截留率达99%,渗透出水电导率小于171μS/cm,可循环使用到纳滤透析工艺中.文章研究的膜法处理焦化脱硫废液工艺可将焦化含硫废水中有价值的硫和副盐分离提纯,创造经济价值,又可减少废水的排放,实现水循环利用,该研究为脱硫废液的资源化处理提供了一条新工艺.
