采用无模板剂二次水热合成方法在多孔Al2O3陶瓷环表面制备了Y型分子筛膜,考察了低温等离子体处理预植晶种载体、预植方式、陈化时间、晶化时间和水含量等因素对成膜的影响.XRD和SEM表征结果显示,等离子体处理载体有助于获得致密的分子筛膜.另外,采用打磨方式预植晶种,反应液适当的水含量,陈化9 h及反应9 h有利于提高膜的质量.
