通过对错流过滤系统中悬浮颗粒的受力分析,建立动态膜涂膜过程数学模型,可计算整个过程中的膜通量和膜厚度.颗粒大小、流量和跨膜压差等参数决定了达到稳定状态后的动态膜的膜厚和膜通量,而达到平衡状态所需的时间则与跨膜压力、主体溶液的颗粒浓度和粒径等参数有关.
