采用自制的碳分子筛,制造了填充碳分子筛的硅橡胶(PDMS)膜,研究了膜对含苯的稀水溶液的渗透蒸发的分离性能.考察了填充剂、料液浓度等因素对膜的分离性能的影响.
Filling-type polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) membranes were prepared by the incorporation of carbon molecular sieves (CMS) from different precursors into the casting solutions. The pervaporative removal of benzene from aqueous solution was carried out using the selectivity and flux as the evaluation factors. The effects of the type and structures of CMS and the feed concentrations on the membrane performance were thoroughly investigated.
