采用两种截留分子量的卷式纳滤膜组件研究了工业木糖溶液的纳滤过程,并在此基础上应用了S-K模型.模拟计算结果表明采用纳滤方法浓缩水解法工业木糖粗品溶液,通过四级串联方式可将质量分数为4%的木糖溶液浓缩至20%.该技术操作能耗低,木糖回收率高,表现出良好的发展前景.
