针对原子干涉仪中拉曼光反射镜对振动隔离的特殊要求,设计了一套低频隔振系统,采用两级被动隔振和一级主动隔振的方案,同时对系统的机械结构和主动隔振反馈环路分别进行了详细的设计,最后用Matlab 的Simulink模块进行了仿真,通过仿真结果显示该系统对0.1~10 Hz的振动隔离度可以达到99%以上,表明该系统可以达到预期的隔振效果.
