报道了利用光纤耦合LD列阵泵浦Nd:YAG晶体,Ⅰ类临界相位匹配LBO内倍频来获得高效的473 nm蓝光激光.采用三镜折叠腔结构,通过对系统的优化设计,在注入泵浦功率为12.5 W时,获得了连续输出1.38 W的基模473 am蓝光激光,光-光转换率达11%.
