利用通常的Maxwell-Garnett模型,研究了粒子具有形状分布的无规非线性金属/陶瓷薄膜有效光学非线性性质随温度的变化关系.并给出了金属颗粒具有一定形状分布时两组份复合物的谱密度函数.数值结果表明,光学非线性增强与温度和组分的体积分数都有关,同时将伴随着共振峰的"蓝移"现象.
