以CoCl2·6H2O和NH4HCO3为原料,通过室温固相反应得到前驱体,将前驱体于350 ℃、空气氛中煅烧3 h,氧化分解得到Co3O4样品.X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和红外光谱(IR)分析表明,所得样品为纳米级立方尖晶石相Co3O4.循环伏安和交流阻抗测试结果表明,Co3O4电极在6 mol·L-1KOH水溶液中具有可逆的法拉第反应特性和较好的动力学性能.恒电流充放电结果表明,以Co3O4电极为正极、活性炭(AC)电极为负极、6 mol·L-1 KOH水溶液为电解质组成的碱性Co3O4/AC混合电容器具有较好的大电流充放电性能和循环稳定性.
