从血管通过扩张 /收缩变形对血流量的敏感控制受到启发,设计了一种弹性水管挤压变形的 流量控制结构,研究其在止水/放水过程中变形和压力变化对流量控制的敏感性;试验表明该仿生 结构只需要微小的外力和位移变化(Δ F=0.05 N, Δ l=0.56 mm),就可对流量在 0~ 4 mL/min范 围内进行敏感控制,这是由于结构受压变形、诱发紊流的形成来实现的.这种结构可应用于凝胶驱 动的智能器件中作为控制结构对流量进行自适应调节.
