分别用溶胶凝胶法、电泳法以及溶胶凝胶与电泳复合法在导电玻璃上制备了二氧化钛薄膜.利用SEM及XRD对样品进行了表征.将所制得的薄膜用于染料敏化太阳能电池中,比较了3种方法所制得的电池的输出性能.其中溶胶电泳复合法所制备的薄膜用于电池,开路电压达到0.7 V,短路电流达到12.59 mA/cm2,填充因子达到0.55,效率达到3.14%,远远高于其他两种方法所制得的电池效率.
