Measurement Method of Pretilt Angle of Liquid Crystal Molecules in Thinner Cells

晶体旋转法是测试液晶分子预倾角的常用方法,但由于需要制备较厚的样品,使用上有很多不便.本文通过叠加一适当位相差,改进了晶体旋转测试液晶分子预倾角的方法,使用于测试较厚液晶盒中预倾角的系统在测试相当于产品厚度的样品时,保持了较高的测试精度.
