铝锂合金是制造航天运载器贮箱的理想材料,其连接技术也是航天领域所关注的问题.本文综述了典型新一代铝锂合金材料2195及1460铝锂合金的主要焊接方法及其发展现状.与传统钨极氩弧焊、真空电子束焊、变极性等离子弧焊等熔化焊方法相比,新型固相连接技术搅拌摩擦焊由于能够获得更为优质的接头性能,有望在铝锂合金贮箱结构的连接上获得广泛应用.
