先制得PVP非共价功能化的多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs),而后利用电子束辐射固化制备PVP功能化的MWNTs( PVP-MWNTs)/环氧树脂复合材料.对PVP-MWNTs进行FTIR光谱表征及热重分析,表明碳纳米管表面有PVP包覆,PVP功能化的MWNTs的碳纳米管在环氧树脂中有良好的分散性.对电子束固化的复合材料进行拉伸性能测试,1.0wt% PVP-MWNTs/环氧树脂复合材料的拉伸模量较纯环氧树脂提高25%.动态力学性能分析表明添加PVP-MWNTs提高了环氧基体的储能模量.
