根据LCM工艺树脂流动充模模型和FEM/CV算法开发了LCM工艺计算机过程模拟的3D LCM系统,考查了工字型孔尺寸或位置对平板构件充模过程的影响,并进行了对比实验,同时分析了其流动充模模式的变化规律.结果表明模拟结果与实验结果具有较好的吻合性.模拟软件可以比较准确地模拟LCM工艺的充模过程,为指导实际工艺的设计及优化奠定了重要的基础.
