2000年10月日本科学家发现了新型金属间化合物MgB2超导体,其超导转变温度Tc为39K,在非铜氧化物块状超导体中最高[1],具有广阔应用前景,MgB2的发现立即使其成为当前超导研究的新热点.本文侧重从材料角度论述MgB2的晶体结构、应用上的优点和主要制造方法.
