利用WD-01分散剂辅助球磨分散法和涂布技术,制备多壁碳纳米管(MWNT)/改性聚醚酮(PEK-C)复合薄膜,考察树脂浓度、球磨时间、涂布液放置时间及MWNT含量等因素对薄膜导电性能的影响,研究MWNT含量及残留溶剂对薄膜储能模量及玻璃化转变温度(Tg)的影响.结果表明,由WD-01分散剂辅助球磨分散法可以剪短并有效分散MWNT;涂布液黏度增大能有效抑制MWNT的再团聚;在MWNT含量在8% ~33.3%的范围内,薄膜电导率随MWNT含量的增加呈线性升高,在MWNT含量为33.3%时,薄膜电导率达7.2S/cm;碳纳米管吸附溶剂使薄膜的玻璃化转变温度降低.
