高级检索

研究了一种低密度镍基单晶合金的铸态及热处理态微观组织,测试了该合金的拉伸与持久性能,并与DD3合金进行比较.结果表明:合金一次枝晶间距为400μm左右,具有较高的γ/γ'共晶组织百分含量.热处理态合金的残余共晶和粗大初生γ'相百分含量控制在2%以下.合金在760℃拉伸试验时出现强度峰值,之后屈服强度随着温度升高而逐渐降低.合金具备较好的持久性能,其热强曲线与DD3合金相当,说明合金在具备密度和成本优势的同时保证了高温力学性能.
