制备了YAl2稀土金属间化合物颗粒增强的镁锂基复合材料.利用透射电镜、高分辨电子显微镜及X射线衍射仪研究了YAl2p/MgLiAl复合材料热稳定性,结果表明,经过400℃30h热处理,YAl2颗粒与基体合金界面结合良好,没有明显的反应物.拉伸实验结果表明,热处理处理后YAl2p/MgLiAl复合材料的抗拉强度为220Mpa,延伸率为12%,分别比铸态提高了11%和20%.讨论了YAl2颗粒与镁锂合金的热力学相容性,表明YAl2颗粒与镁锂合金发生反应的热力学驱动力很小.
