采用区域定向凝固方法制备《110》取向的TbDyFe超磁致伸缩合金,用管式氩气保护进行了热处理方面的工作,全面研究热处理条件的变化对(Tb,Dy)Fe2超磁致伸缩合金的超磁致伸缩性能以及组织的影响.研究结果表明热处理使磁致伸缩性能可以得到较大提高,富稀土相的球化和晶粒吞并长大,减小了磁化过程中90°磁畴转动的阻力,这是高温热处理提高磁致伸缩性能的根本原因.运用多参数磁测量系统测试了材料的磁致伸缩系数λ、磁感应强度B、动态磁致伸缩系数d33、增量磁导率μ33和磁机电耦合系数k33,研究了磁特性随磁场H的变化规律.
