通过对Ni基合金进行激光熔覆γ-TiAl基合金涂层处理,对γ-TiAl基合金进行激光表面熔凝处理,将异种合金间的连接转化为具有相似显微组织特征的同种合金间的连接.研究了Ni基合金激光熔覆涂层的显微组织特征,探讨了激光表面改性处理和连接温度对Ni基合金/γ-TiAl基合金扩散连接质量的影响.结果表明,激光表面改性技术提高了Ni基合金/γ-TiAl基合金的连接质量.在连接温度900℃,连接压力60MPa,连接时间1h的连接条件下,可实现Ni基合金/γ-TiAl基合金的连接.
