研究了Ni20Cr及经预氧化处理后的合金表面离子注入Ce+后在1050℃空气中的氧化行为.结果表明,经0.5 h和1 h预氧化处理后的合金离子注入对其氧化行为的影响与合金表面直接注入的作用类似,可降低合金氧化速率和改善氧化膜粘附性,但所起作用的程度略有不同.
