利用磁控溅射在 (原子分数,%)合金上制备与基体相同成分的微晶涂层.获得的涂 层在1000℃空气中进行了氧化实验.结果表明,200 h氧化后涂层表面生成了分层结构的氧化膜:外 层为 和 内层为连续致密的 微晶化使得 系三元合金表面生成一层连 续 所需的 含量大大降低.
Ni-5Cr-5Al(at% ) microcrystalline coating was prepared on the substrate of the same materialby magnetron sputtering. Oxidation testing was performed on the coating in air at 1000℃. The resultsindicated that a multi-layer oxide scale was formed on the coating after 200h oxidation which wascomposed of NiO and NiAl2O4 in the outer layer and α-Al2O3 in the inner layer. The contents of Cr andAl necessary for the formation of a continuous α-Al2O3 layer were significantly decreased throughmicrocrystallization.
