具有明显量子尺寸效应和较大三阶非线性光学效应的CdSxSe1-x(0<x<1)纳米微晶掺杂硅酸盐玻璃已被成功地采用熔融法制备出来了.比较详细地研究了基玻璃组成中B2O3和SiO2的含量;硫硒比以及热处理工艺等因素对玻璃基质中析出CdSxSe1-x纳米微晶性质的影响.同时采用透射电镜表征了玻璃基质中析出CdSxSe1-x微晶的形貌、微晶尺寸的大小与粒径分布,采用吸收光谱、荧光光谱和简并四波混频等分析测试手段表征了这种玻璃的量子尺寸效应和非线性光学特征与热处理工艺的关系,结果表明在这种材料中能清楚地观察到量子尺寸效应和较大的三阶非线性光学效应.此外还对产生量子尺寸效应和三阶非线性光学效应的机理进行了简要的探讨.
