基于Eshelby等效夹杂理论和Mori-Tanaka方法建立了Terfenol-D复合材料中合金颗粒平均应力、扰动应变和复合材料整体平均应变的计算模型,并利用此模型对Terfenol-D复合材料在不同制备工艺条件下的饱和磁致伸缩应变进行了计算.结果表明:Terfenol-D复合材料的饱和磁致伸缩应变随粘结剂含量的增加而呈线性下降,但粘结剂含量不能过少,合适的粘结剂含量应在2.5%~4.0%之间;随复合材料外加预压应力的增大,其饱和磁致伸缩应变增大;实验结果与模拟结果的数据曲线趋势一致.
