在陶瓷靶前加约束面板的情况下,变换面板的材质,分别用两种高硬度钢和一种装甲铝合金作为约束面板.采用14.5mm口径弹道枪发射14.5 mm穿燃弹进行靶试,比较不同材质约束面板对靶板整体抗弹性能的影响.研究结果表明:装甲铝合金作约束面板时抗弹性能比两种装甲钢都好,装甲钢1稍逊于装甲钢2.
Two kinds of high-rigidity arnlor steels and one armor aluminum alloy had been used as confined faceplates in front of ceramic/metal armors.Ballistic experiments were done with the 14.5 mm Armor Piercing(AP)ammunition shot by 14.5 mm-caliber ballistic gun to investigate the influence of confined faceplates on the ballistic properties of such armors.It was found that ballistic properties of armor aluminum alloy are better than those two kinds of high-rigidity armor steels when used as confined faceplates,and No.1 armor stecl is little worse than No.2 armor steel.
