为了改善Q235钢的耐磨性能,实验以SiO_2和Al为主要骨料,运用固相反应法制备性能优异的SiO_2基陶瓷涂层.运用DSC、XRD和SEM对涂层进行分析,并进行耐磨性测试,其磨粒磨损和粘着磨损的相对耐磨性分别提高2.23和3.6倍.

In order to improve the wear resistance of Q235 steel, SiO_2 and Al were used as the main aggregate in this experiment, the ceramic coating of SiO_2-based was prepared by solid-state reaction. The coatings were analysed by use of DSC, XRD and SEM, and the wear resistance was tested. The relative wear resistance of abrasive wear and adhesive wear ε were increased by 2.23 and 3.6 times.
