通过选择性激光烧结成型技术制作尼龙砂型或砂芯模具可以大幅度缩短生产周期和降低生产成本.采用尼龙12基料.对其改性处理后获得适合于选择性激光烧结用的复合尼龙粉末.在优化工艺参数的基础上利用点扫描成型机加工某柴油发动机缸盖砂型铸造尼龙模具,在模板上进行组装、调试.试验证明,通过物理共混改性能够制备出适合于选择性激光烧结用高性能复合尼龙粉末,同时大大减小了复合尼龙的收缩和翘曲变形,加T模具的精度完全满足使用要求.

Nylon mould of sand casting can be made by selective laser sintering technology with shorter production cycle and lower production cost. Nylon composite powder prepared by modifying nylon 12 is suitable for the process of selective laser sintering. With the optimized process parameters, the diesel engine casting mould was manufactured by prototyping machine scanning by laser point, then assembled and tested on the moulding board. The method of modifying by physical mixing can make nylon composite powder with high function, which is suitable for selective laser sintering, and greatly reduce its shrinking and bending. Meanwhile, the precision of the mould entirely fulfills the requirements when it works.
