采用腐蚀挂片试验法、电化学测试技术、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)等微观测试技术系统研究油田管道用钢(10钢、20钢、45钢、1Cr18Ni9Ti、X70钢)和储罐用钢(Q235钢)在不同浓度、不同温度三元复合驱溶液中的腐蚀行为,分析腐蚀形貌并确定腐蚀产物.通过现场采集垢样,采用微观测试技术对垢样的成分、表面形貌进行测试分析,判断其成垢过程及成垢物质,初步分析结垢原因.在弱碱三元复合驱腐蚀及结垢特性基础上,结合以往结垢药剂,采用聚乙烯醇作为固体阻垢剂的载体,乙二胺四甲叉磷酸(EDTMP)和水解聚马来酸酐协同阻垢,研制出一种高效的固体缓释性防腐阻垢剂,缓蚀阻垢效果优异,具有广阔的发展前景.

The corrosion behavior of common oil pipeline steel (10, 20, 45,1Cr18Ni9Ti and X70) and storage kettle steel Q235 in weak base ASP solution were studied by static weight loss method and electrochemical testing methods. Based on the static weight loss method, the corrosion behavior of different steels in weak base ASP solution was investigated, and the effects of weak base ASP solution components and temperature on the corrosion were analyzed and determined. Also,the microscopic morphology and elements of corrosion products were confirmed by SEM ,EDS and XPS. Besides,the paper also studied the causes and processes of fouling in weak base ASP that collected from the oilfield location. Based on the characteristics of corrosion and fouling in weak base ASP flooding, the efficient solid anti-scaling corrosion inhibitor was developed with poly vinyl alcohol as carrier, ethylene diamine tetra methylene phosphonic (EDTMP) and hydrolyze poly maleic anhydride were used for anti-scaling. The developed inhibitor had the excellent performance of anticorrosion and anti-scaling, also a widely promising application in oilfield.
