采用Ansys/Lsdvna数值模拟45钢平板冲击绝热剪切变形局域化行为,计算中采用3D模型,本构方程采用热粘塑性的Johnson-Cook模型.为了更好地获得局域化变形的结果,采用网格渐变的方法分析绝热剪切带的萌生和扩展方向.计算结果表明:在一定的冲击速度下,绝热剪切带出现在预制裂纹尖端并与预制裂纹成-75°;绝热剪切带产生的临界速度为50m/s;剪切带的扩展方向为与预制裂纹方向成-10°.
