纳米晶复合材料电沉积工艺是在金属电沉积过程中加入纳米颗粒,使其与金属共沉积,并通过控制适当的工艺条件,最终获得具有优良性能的纳米晶复合材料的过程.分析了电沉积过程中纳米晶复合材料的形成机理,并提出了有利于获得纳米晶复合材料的措施;综述了各种因素,如纳米颗粒的性质、电解条件、脉冲参数、纳米颗粒的分散方法以及有机添加剂对复合过程的影响;并对电沉积纳米晶复合材料的各种性能及应用作了介绍.
