采用燃烧合成技术制备多孔碳化硅基复合材料.利用Si、C、Ti体系的放热反应得到SiC/TiC复相陶瓷,其中Ti+C含量要大于25%,否则燃烧反应无法完全进行.燃烧合成产物中含有α-SiC、β-SiC、 TiC和少量Si.所研究体系的产物致密度为理论密度的45%~64%.对燃烧合成产物进行了XRD相分析和SEM断口形貌分析.
