铝锂合金具有低密度、高弹性模量等优点,但其韧性较差,研究了加载速率对Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr合金断裂韧性的影响。通过准静态与动态三点弯曲实验分别测定了材料的断裂韧性,实验发现动态下的断裂韧性较之准静态有了提高,断口观察表明动态断口出现了大量长而深的分层,透射、扫描电镜进一步分析认为分层开裂形式是导致断裂韧性提高的主要原因。
Al-Li alloys has the advantages of low density and high modulus,but its tenacity is bad. The effect of loading rate on the fracture toughness of Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr allogy was studied. The fracture toughness of the alloy was measured by means of the quasi-static and dynamic three-point bending testing, respectively. The results show that the dynamic fracture toughness of the alloy is superior to the quasi-static fracture toughness of it. The microscopic observations of the fractured surface show that the dynamic fractured surface has a great deal of long and deep delaminations. The further analysis by means of TEMand SEM shows that the delamination and split -up of the alloy are the main cause of the fracture toughness increasing.
