就Fe/SiC间的界面反应过程和界面优化工艺作了综述.800℃以上,Fe/SiC发生强烈的界面固相反应,生成复杂的铁硅化物和石墨,界面结合性能显著降低.Fe原子通过产物层的固相扩散过程可能是该界面反应的速率控制步骤.SiC表面化学镀Ni、氧化处理及PIRAC工艺等表面涂覆工艺和基体合金化有利于抑制界面反应,优化界面结构,实现Fe/SiC的良好复合.
