鉴于铝合金刷镀层结合力差,易产生裂纹及剥落现象。本文提出了一种新的铝及其合金刷镀工艺。阐述了各工艺步骤的配方及操作条件。过渡层采用高堆积碱铜,工作层为快速刷镀镍。根据GB2933-86测试镀层结合力及耐磨性。结果表明:该工艺可提高刷镀层的结合力和耐磨性,延长零件使用寿命。适用于铝合金压铸件磨损后的修复。

In view of the defects in brush plating of aluminum alloy such as poor adhesion, easily cracked or peeled, a new brush plating proces for aluminum and its alloys was advanced. Formula and operating conditions of the procedures were described, high-packed alkaline copper deposit was adopted to act as interlayer and fast nickel brush deposit as working layer. Adhesion and wear resistance of the brush deposits were tested according to GB2933-86. Results show that the process improves the adhesion and wear resistance of brush deposits, and extends the service life of brush plated articles, which is applicable to the repair of abraded aluminum alloy die castings.
