Rh(Ⅰ)的三苯基膦(Ph3P)配合物RhCl(Ph3P)3(简称TTC)系有机合成的高效催化剂.对固态TTC的红外光谱(IR)、热分析(DTA)等研究结果发现,在室温空气中该配合物的Ph3P配位体会发生氧化,导致TTC的组成及各项理化性质发生变化.从氧化的历程中,并未发现氧分子与Rh(Ⅰ)配位或氧在TTC配合物分子内转移,可以认为,其室温氧化机理是氧直接氧化膦配位体,使TTC逐步变为三苯基氧化膦(Ph3PO)配位的Rh(Ⅰ)配合物.
