根据蓝光芯片的发光特性,从激活剂、助熔剂、基质Y3+的替代物等方面较系统地研究了YAG:Ce3+荧光粉的制备.最终的荧光粉产品制成φ5mm封装20mA蓝光激发的白光LED后,光效可达70lm/W,显色指数≥80.
