由无皂种子乳液聚合法合成了以疏水性聚苯乙烯(PSt)为核、亲水性聚N-乙烯基乙酰胺(PNVA)为壳的PNVA-co-PSt共聚物纳米级微球,进而将一定量的Eu3+与微球中的PNVA配位,得到了Eu(Ⅲ)-PNVA-co-PSt微球配合物.用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、Zeta-电位、红外光谱、紫外光谱以及荧光光谱分别对微球及其配合物的相关性质进行了表征.TEM观察发现,微球在与Eu3+配位前后保持规则的球形结构,有较好的单分散性;红外、紫外光谱测定表明,在Eu(Ⅲ)-PNVA-co-PSt微球配合物中Eu3+与PNVA链上的氧原子和氮原子发生配位作用;荧光光谱显示,Eu(Ⅲ)-PNVA-co-PSt配合物受到260nm波长的紫外光激发后,在584nm和612nm处产生增强的Eu3+的特征发射峰,说明在Eu3+与PNVA-co-PSt微球之间能够发生有效的F(o)rster能量传递,这为拓宽稀土的应用提供了新的途径.
