本文论述了模糊控制的特点,探讨了以模糊逻辑数学为基础,解决液压伺服系统中的一些控制问题;对模糊控制及其在挤压机的液压伺服系统中的应用作了理论分析和实践运用,本次应用实践的结论认为,以模糊控制为基础综合经典控制、现代控制的复合控制方法,能很好地解决液压伺服控制系统的高响应、高精度要求,以及系统的非线性、时变等复杂问题,能更好地提高液压伺服控制系统的综合性能.
In this paper,the characteristics of fuzzy control were discussed and some control problems were solved based on fuzzy logic.The fuzzy control and its application in the hydraulic servo system of the extrusion machine were analyzed and applied in practice.Conclusions of the application practice are that the composite control method based on fuzzy control and combined with classical control and modem control can well solve the requirements of high response and high precision of hydraulic servo control system,and the complex problems of nonlinear and time-varying of the system.It can better improve the comprehensive performance of hydraulic servo control system.
