用液相、固相离子交换法将沸石与具有抗菌性能的铜离子合成抗菌沸石.用正交法确定了两种方法的较佳条件,并进行了比较.液相、固相离子交换法合成铜型抗菌沸石的较佳条件为硫酸铜浓度为0.1 mol*L-1, 硫酸铜用量为0.02 mol;温度分别为60℃和550℃,反应时间分别为4h和1h.尝试利用微波加热法合成抗菌沸石.微波加热合成抗菌沸石可以减少反应时间和节约能源.

Use of zeolites and antibacterial copper ions to synthesize antibacterial zeolites with the methods of liquid and solid ion exchange is discussed in this paper. The orthogonal test method is the better of these two methods, and these two methods were compared. The best conditions of synthesis are respectively: concentration of CuSO4 of 0.1mol*l-1 and 0.02mol*l-1;temperature of 60℃ and 550℃;time of 4h and 1h. The microwave heating method to synthesize antibacterial zeolites was tested. Synthesis by microwave heat can save time and material.
