通过对成分适宜的白口铸铁的高温锻造,消除了铸铁的网状渗碳体,并细化了基体组织,在不降低白口铸铁硬度的情况下,使其韧性得到大幅度提高.硬度基本保持在HRC40~46,Ak值由0.16~0.24J提高到1.6~3.6J,经强韧化处理的白口铸铁具备优异的抗磨料磨损性能和良好的抗冲击性能.
A white iron with certain composition was investigate d through forging process,which diminished the cementite network and refined the base microstructure.The results of the property tests show that the impact toug hness of the forged white iron was highly increased from 0.16~0.24J to 1.6~3.6 J with its hardness being kept within a range of HRC40~46 and the abrasive wear property was also improved.
