A-bunch-of-fiber-tensed is a new method to study the relation between the volume change of resin matrix and the development of cure-induced fiber residual stresses. The subject investigated of this method is not ac-tual parts, but simple a-bunch-of-fiber/resin composites structure. Because the resin matrix appears shrinkage or ex-pansion when the cure temperature varies following the development of cure temperature, it can obtain the effect of cure cycle on cure-induced fiber stresses in composites by calculating and analyzing.
